Cardiff University Sailing Club

Cardiff University Sailing Club is one of the biggest clubs in the athletic union. Our efforts to make sure that all our members get involved have been rewarded by winning the most improved club four times in the last seven years. Despite the size of the club we offer something for everyone, even if you've never sailed before, as is often the case with new members. The club is a recognised RYA Training Centre allowing us to teach and award the internationally recognised RYA Sailing and Powerboating Schemes. For the more experienced sailor the club's boats are freely available for use. We own six Fireflies, two Laser 2s, three Topper Magnos and two Buzz's and are looking to expand this fleet further in the near future.
