Welsh Federation of Sea Anglers
The Welsh Federation of Sea Anglers (WFSA) was formed in 1955 and is the Governing Body of Sea Angling in Wales. The WFSA are members of The World Governing Body for Sea Angling (CIPS), The Sea Angling Liaison Committee of Great Britain and Ireland (SALC), and The Federation of Welsh Anglers (FWA). Most angling clubs in Wales are affiliated to the WFSA and benefit not only from the awards and trophies that are given by the Federation, but also from the efforts of the hard working Committee's who arrange major angling events at National and Regional level. The Federation fights for member clubs where access to, or fishing from, facilities are threatened. The WFSA are responsible for the election of teams and Individuals to represent Wales in International angling competitions. As a member of an affiliated club or as a personal member you are entitled to all the benefits that can be derived from the Federation.
